Get your Paleo On!

Mark your calendars, May 14 will start the next Paleo Challenge. It will be 45 days of FUN, so don’t miss it! Details will follow, but what matters now is that you get it on your calendar, because amazing things happen when we make a commitment!

Also, please be aware that in June we will be adding more afternoon classes, and changing the schedule. PM classes will be on the half hour, starting at 4.30PM. For example on Monday there will be 4.30, 5.30 and 6.30 regular classes, and a 7.30 101 class. ALL afternoon classes will be on the half hour, and we will continue to remind you weekly until the changes take place.

Train hard, and work tirelessly on your mobility and tight spots!
