Front Squats & Everybody's Favorite: Burpees! + Memorial Day Sched

We will have ONE class on Memorial Day at 9AM. So come on in early before you get settled in front of the bar-be-que with your paleo beverages and burn it up!

 

Also, reminder that we are changing our afternoon schedule come mid June. Starting June 18 classes will start on the half hour, and will start at 4.30 instead of 5PM. Afternoon schedule will be as follows:

Monday 4.30. 5.30, 6.30 and 7.30 101 class

Tuesday 3.30 Free Intro, 4.30, 5.30 and 6.30 CrossFit Basics, 7.30 On Ramp

Wednesday 4.30. 5.30, 6.30 CrossFit Basics, 7.30 101 class

Thursday 4.30, 5.30 and 6.30 CrossFit Basics, 7.30 On Ramp

Friday 5,30 CrossFit Basics

Front Squat:  Find 1rm

Reduce weight to 85% and perform 3 sets of 5

21-15-9
Toes To Bar
Burpees

Rx = On the spot 5 squat jump penalty for dropping off of the bar during T2B
