Best Chocolate Pudding & Front Squats

This chocolate pudding will keep your friends guessing about just what the ingredients really are. Delicious, nutritious, and pretty paleo to boot!

8 Medjool dates

1/2 cup warm water

3 avocados

1 cup coconut milk

1/8 cup honey (optional) I don’t use this cuz the dates are sweeeet!

5-7 tablespoons cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder (the better the chocolate the better the pudding)

2 teaspoons vanilla

pinch sea salt

 

Put the dates and water in a blender, and let them soak a few minutes until the dates are soft. Once you have blended them with the water add the remaining ingredients until smooth. Don’t be afraid to add a little extra water or coconut milk for extra moisture. Pour into small bowls, or into popsicle molds and serve after freezing for at least six hours. I also like to make whipped cream from coconut milk for the top for a complete paleo dessert. Enjoy!
