First Open Workout: Success!
15.1 and 15.1a were a smashing success! 19 people completed the wod on Friday night. Challenging? Yes! Fun? Absolutely! We had all levels of athletes participating, from RX to scaled Masters, and everything in between. Proving that CrossFit is fun for the whole family, we even had 15 year old Noah Wendel and 12 year old Alessia Gressi complete the WOD on Saturday morning. We are so proud of everyone! If you didn’t get it done on Friday night then please come in on Monday to complete the workout.
Our program at Wine Country CrossFit is a 6.30PM kick-off each Friday night. Appointments for judging on the weekend may be set up in advance. We then program it for the Monday WOD in place of the usual Benchmark. Be sure to have fun checking the Leaderboard!
