Looking forward to seeing everyone in the gym Monday for the Filthy 50.  This WOD always makes me think of one of the first videos of CrossFit I ever saw.  I remember watching the Filthy 50 and thinking “This couldn’t be that hard, there’s barely any weight involved”  Yeah, right!  Check out this old school CrossFit video and remind yourself that it can’t be that hard, there’s barely any weight involved!

50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, (35/25)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, (45 lb / 35lb)
50 Back extensions (On GHD)
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
