Now that I know that we technically only have a week left of Summer, I’m finally okay with accepting the advent of Fall. And nothing says “Fall” to me like baked goods.

Yes folks, that’s right. Paleo Banana Bread. It’s so delicious. Some of you may have had it, some of you may not. If you make it, let’s not kid ourselves that the chocolate swirl is optional, and just go whole-hog.

A word of warning. Do not make it unless you can share it. Otherwise, you WILL try to eat it all yourself!

Fight Gone Bad!

3 rounds with 1 minute of rest between rounds. Each round consists of 1 minute each of the following:

Wall-ball: 20/14 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
