Fall Paleo Challenge Announcement and Helen

Our next Paleo Challenge is scheduled! The 45-Day Challenge will begin on Tuesday, October 8 and will go through Friday, November 22. If you’ve never participated in one of our Paleo Challenge, I HIGHLY recommend it! It is such a great way of getting the kick-in-the-butt that you need to really dive into the Paleo Lifestyle. Plus, there is a competitive aspect to it, as each participant takes before and after photos, and the top man and top woman are chosen by the other participants, with the winners receiving a free month of CrossFit and half of the kitty! To participate in the Challenge, here are some details:

  • Pay into the kitty
  • Read the Paleo Solution, by Robb Wolf (copies are available in the gym)
  • Attend the Paleo Talk on Tuesday, October 8 at 7:30 pm
  • Have before photos taken
  • Eat and drink Paleo!
  • Keep food logs and post them weekly to the group
  • Have after photos taken
