Memorial WOD This Week, More on EHT, Deadlift – 1RM

Within two days of each other Carlos Hagedorn and Keith Babich both lost their mothers. We will do the Warrior Mama WOD on Thursday October 22, and YOU are invited. Since Carlos cared for his mother during her three year battle with brain cancer, and Keith’s mother raised nine children, there is bound to be some Cleaning and Lifting in this arduous and heartfelt WOD. Please attend the 4.30PM class on Thursday October 22 if you would like to workout with Carlos and Keith.

I wrote last week about EHT and the difference it has made for me with increased training and enhanced recovery. Since that post I’ve realized that it is good for stress management and mental focus.
