Summertime Recipe and Diane

Over the weekend, I made this delicious Paleo Strawberry Shortcake recipe, and it was amazing! One of the best parts about it was that there was no baking involved – which was heaven-sent on the hot 4th of July!

Anyway, what paleo-friendly dessert recipes have you come up with lately?? I’m ALWAYS looking for something new and tasty to try, and I’m sure your fellow CrossFitters (paleo or not) would love to take advantage of your test-kitchen skills!

In fact, and in the spirit of sharing a paleo life-style in Napa Valley, please “like” this new Facebook page created by one of our WCCF members for the paleo community of Napa Valley!

While we don’t have a paleo restaurant in Napa (yet) we can help grow the lifestyle by supporting each other! Anything paleo related can be posted here- recipe ideas for local seasonal vegetables, restaurant suggestions and paleo shopping tips or even comment on your personal experience with paleo! The more the merrier, so please share with your friends!

*For Rx Athlete has the choice of No abmat and head to the floor OR using an Abmat with their hands on 25lb plates. Head must touch ground or Abmat every rep. Kipping allowed.
