Deads and Double Tabata

I hope everyone had a safe and festive new years!  We will take one more week off from benchmarks.  Be prepared for when they return next week.  I expect big PRs from all of this rest!

Monday’s WOD

Deadlift, find 3rm

Double Tabata, this one we are going to do differently than normal.  Instead of completing 8 rounds and then switching movements, we will switch movements every interval (30 secs).

Pull Ups
Box Jumps (Rx’d 34/28) (that’s not a typo, they should be high, we want big explosiveness)
