Clean it up!

In our effort to keep things clean and tidy, and our box free of bacteria and infection, we ask you to use these Clorox wipes on your equipment after every use! Cleanliness is Godliness, so please help us to be holy and use the wipes!

In honor of Halloween this Friday October 31st we will hold our 4.30PM class, but cancel the 5.30pm. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope everyone has a grand time our with the kids!

Front Squats

4×3

Start at 80% of your 1RM C&J. Unbroken, rythmical tempo squats. Tight and be reactive coming out of the squat. Level load across all sets. Track your numbers so we can add to this each week.

Split Jerks

3 x 3

Work on getting LOW under the bar. Focus on SOLID foot placement in landing position. Level load across all sets.

10 Min AMRAP
Go on the lighter side with the ball so you can keep moving fast!

30 Double Unders
20 Slam Ball
15 Lunge with your ball
10 Sit ups with your ball
