Sandy Schiek from the 4.30 class is the new face of CrossFit. On Monday she took 7 minutes off her previous Angie time. Now, that’s a big deal for anyone. But Sandy is 69 years old! In fact she will be 70 in March. Her recipe for success? She has simply kept moving. Not identified as an athlete in her younger life, she assessed estates and dealt in antiques. “Always moving heavy things kept me strong and agile. I no longer deal in antiques, but I stay strong with CrossFit and I move everyday.” Thank you Sandy for the inspiration you provide each one of us.
