Muscle-up Skill – Bar and Rings
WOD – 10 min EMOM
1 muscle-up (bar or rings) or 3 STRICT CTB Pull-ups
5-10 Burpess (pick the number that lets you finish with ~20 seconds of the minute left on the clock)
OPTIONAL Cash Out –
Up to 3 rounds, not for time –
Max effort plank hold followed by max effort strict push-ups
Rest 60 seconds between rounds
