Friday’s WOD:

CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

150 Wall balls
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

Wall Ball Weights and Heights:

  • Men up to age 54: 20 pound ball to a 10 foot target
  • Women up to age 54: 14 pound ball to a 9 foot target
  • Men age 55+: 20 pound ball to a 9 foot target
  • Women age 55+: 10 pound ball to a 9 foot target
