Coach’s Tip – Stabilize First, Move Second

Whether you are picking up a kettlebell, the baby, a bag of groceries, or even a 200 lb. bar, it’s important to stabilize first, and move second.

Steps to stability

  1. Screw your feet into the ground
  2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together
  3. Tighten your belly
  4. Reach back with your tush
