Whether you are picking up a kettlebell, the baby, a bag of groceries, or even a 200 lb. bar, it’s important to stabilize first, and move second.
Steps to stability
- Screw your feet into the ground
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together
- Tighten your belly
- Reach back with your tush
