We LOVE to work hard. It’s what sets us apart, what CrossFit is all about. It makes us different. Hard work keeps mediocrity at bay. But rest is critical.
If your performance is not where you think it should be, the missing ingredient might be REST. How is your recovery? Is it slower than you like? REST. It’s the magic ingredient. Don’t forget it!
