CrossFit Games and Open Season, Cleans

Wine Country CrossFitters, The CrossFit Games are on the horizon, and we have now entered the CrossFit Open season that precedes the Games. Each Wednesday a workout is presented, and people all around the world will do that workout, many with the intention of making it to the Regionals and then the Games themselves. Are you interested in registering for the Open and seeing how you fare? Does a bit of competition heighten your performance? Visit the Games site for more info. We are a registered affiliate, so your score will be counted, and it costs $20 to buy in. This Sunday at 9.30 I will meet a few folks at the gym who are doing the Open, and we will validate their performance. If you want to join in just let me know. If you want to do the Open wods, but don’t want to compete with the rest of the CrossFit world, then make sure you come in on Mondays as we will do the weeks’ Open wod that day.
