Clean Complex – (1 Rep = 1 x Position 1 Squat Clean, 1 x Position 2 Squat Clean, 1 x Position 3 Squat Clean)
3 Sets of 3 Reps – Light Weight
2 Sets of 2 Reps – Medium Weight
1 Set of 2 Reps = Heavy Weight

WOD:
2 minute ME Strict Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

-then-

6 minute AMRAP of:

50 Double-Unders
15 Burpees

-then-

2 minutes ME Strict Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
