Paleo Challenge Dates, Call for Help, CF Games 13.2

Mark your calendars and get psyched: On Thursday April 11 we will launch our 2013 Spring Leaning Challenge. Details on how the Challenge works will follow, but if you want to expedite your CrossFit results and feel better than you have in years, we encourage you to get on board with this cool nutritional exercise.

On Sunday at noon 140 stall mats will be delivered to the new gym space, just down the street. (I still don’t have  a precise date that we will call it home, but it is on the horizon). I am looking for a handful of people who can help move them around as they weigh 100# a piece!
