Save the Dates, Box Jumps, L-Sits and AMRAP

We have much to report:

 

First, save the date for our Spring Leaning Paleo Challenge that will start on Thursday April 11 at 7.30pm. Get ready to feel better and more energetic with this awesome way of eating than you have in years.

 

Second, Coach Joey is opening his own gym down in Fairfield/Cordelia, and he will have his grand opening party on Saturday April 6 from 12 noon- 4PM. Details will follow next week.

 

Third, we are soundly in our new gym, right down the street from the old gym at 818E Jackson St. Simply carry on moving east (toward the Wal-Mart for those who are directionally challenged) on Jackson St toward the train tracks, and we are the last roll-up door on the left. We thank you for your support in the over-crowded classes in our previous location, and we look forward to expanding our offerings in the new gym.
