Never Too Old, Box Jumps and Sprints
Here’s to the final push for the Paleo Challengers. One week left before we take your “after” pictures. Go BIG, eat Paleo, and do CrossFit. As my old kayaking friend Barry used to say, “just eat less and do more!” It works, and we applaud you.
