Body Foundations Today, Halloween Costume WOD and Cindy (now THAT'S scary!)

Happy Monday Everyone!

Hope you all had a great weekend! Just a few reminders for what’s coming up this week!

  • Today at 4pm, come to Body Foundations for CrossFitters. We’ll be working your squat position and shoulder mobility to get you ready for “Cindy” today!
  • Don’t forget that costumes are required for the Spooky Halloween Costume WOD on Thursday! There will be a prize for the best costume – voted on by you!
  • Today is a benchmark, and many of you are able to complete Cindy as prescribed. If this is your goal today, do keep in mind that your reps will need to be counted by another athlete – and so we’ll be running the WOD twice today for the most part. This is a great way for you to build better understanding of movement, as well as to be a cheerleader for your partner! Good luck everyone!

AMRAP 20 mins:

5 pull Ups (chin above bar every time)
10 Push Ups (chest and thighs to floor every time, elbows locked out every time)
15 Air squats (hips below knees every time)
