Signing In, Back squats (OMG! 2 strength days in 1 week!)

We have cleaned up the signing in process on our website, and we ask you to pleeeeeze sign in before coming to class.  You can sign up, or cancel your registration, up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. This small extra step on your end allows us to better plan the hour such that everyone wins. And, a BIG benefit to YOU is that you can see how crowded the class is, and choose a different class should you be concerned about size, overcrowding, or not getting the coaching you deserve. I can hear some of you grumbling out there as I write this, but I guarantee that it is now a painless process and that YOU, the athlete, will benefit.
