Parking, Back Squat and Press

As a courtesy to our neighbors up the way on Iroquois Street, 5 Star Party Rentals, we ask that you please NOT park in front of their business. When things are congested on Iroquois please do park on Jackson Street east of the train tracks. For those of you directionally challenged, that is the part of Jackson that is between the gym and Wal Mart! Thanks for your consideration on the parking front.

Monday is Martin Luther King Day, and at CrossFit we have a dream that everyone will be strong, explosive, and believe in themselves. Therefore, we will maintain our regular class schedule on Monday January 21.

Friday’s WOD:

Back Squat – Ascending Sets of 5 (See 12/10/12)
Look for the point where your 5th rep is slower than your first.  When this happens, perform 2 more sets of 5 at that weight.

Press Ascending Sets of 5 (see above) (See 12/10/12)

As Time Allows:  3 Alternating sets of Toes to Bar and Back Extensions.
