There was some talk this week within the Paleo Challenge regarding what to do if your goals for Paleo aren’t coming as quickly as you would like.  Wouldn’t you know it, Mark Sisson of Mark’s Daily Apple and “The Primal Blueprint” posted a fantastic blog this week all about the Ways You May Be Sabotaging Your Weight Loss Efforts.  This is a must read.  Very simple stuff here that you might be overlooking in your daily life.  Check it out and post any questions to the comments.
