Are You Over Training?

We constantly encourage everyone who enters our doors to both go hard and take baby steps, to dig deep yet focus on technique. CrossFit is all about intensity and scaling, so that you have just the right amount of stimulus. But how do we know when enough is enough, or when it’s too much? Too much of a good thing (aka CrossFit) can lead to over training, which has its own sets of risks and downfalls. Please read this article   on over training, and check in with yourself to make sure you’re not heading down this slippery slope.
