More Challenges in the Pipeline!

Now that we’ve completed our Fall Paleo Challenge and our 100-Day Burpee Challenge, it’s time to gear-up for another set!!

We as a CrossFit Box are going to join the Whole Life Challenge, which begins on January 14. We’ll be joining 10,000 others who are committing to making changes in their lives!! Join the WCCF team and sign up for the Challenge here.

In addition to the Whole Life Challenge, we are going to also begin the 20 Pull-up Challenge on January 14. This Challenge promises to help everyone to become stronger and better at pull-ups and is a really well thought-out program. If you want to participate, let us know by adding your name to the sign-up sheet that is hanging by the Social Calendar Board. The deadline for sign-ups is January 12. We may even do T-Shirts again!!

Monday’s Workout

Practice Handstands (holding, walking, push-ups, etc)

Practice Strict Pull-ups

WOD: 4 Rounds
400 m Run
40 Sit-ups
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Pull-ups

OPTIONAL Cash-out – 3 Sets of Max-effort* Push-ups (rest 90 seconds between each set)

*go until you LITERALLY can’t go any more
