Our Elements Classes will begin next week on Monday at 6.30PM.  Elements classes will run Monday-Thursday at 6.30PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9AM. These classes are open to everyone, but are designed as a bridge between On Ramp and our Level I Classes. The Elements Classes are great for beginners because they focus on movement quality rather than intensity, but the  workouts are not just for beginners. Like everything in our gym these workouts are scalable and can be made as difficult as one could imagine.
