Foundations Class, Paleo stuff and Clean Pulls

 Foundations Class is today, Thursday, at 5PM. Use this 30 minutes to prepare your body for the Clean Pulls, and be amazed at how much more power you generate from that fired up posterior chain.

 

Recently I researched the relationship between Paleo and MS, and found some VERY INTERESTING information in this article.

 

All are invited to the Paleo Potluck on Friday at 6.30. Bring your favorite dish, or even a bowl of strawberries if you don’t have time to cook! Please also bring your own plate and silveware so that we lessen our impact. This has been an inspiring 45 day Paleo Challenge, and all are invited to celebrate the successes. Kids and friends are welcome too!
