Today’s Member Spotlight is Mark Hersey. Mark is close to celebrating his 1-year anniversary here at Wine Country CrossFit (yep, he joined right in the dead of winter, when it’s SUPER dark at 7:30 pm!! Brave man….), and because Mark is a faithful attender of morning classes and has won many fans with his wry wit and infectious smile, and I want to make sure you all get to know him and his quirky sense of humor!
