20.1 – The First Open WOD

10 rounds for time of:
8 ground-to-overheads, 95 lb.
10 bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 15 minutes

Does that seem like a lot of weight to you? It does to me! Use this link to find the RX and Scaled version of the WOD for your age group.

The Open WOD will be on the menu all day on Friday. Attend the 6AM, 8AM or 9AM classes and get it done early. We will have score cards handy and you can judge your fellow athletes and get it done yourself.

Or, come to Friday Night Lights! Put your name on the board for one of the heats Friday night! Come into the gym at least 15 minutes prior to your heat. Get busy doing the warm up on the board. Make sure you have a judge, and your score card on a clip board. The workout will be explained prior to the start of the WOD. The movement standards will be reviewed. Don’t stress. It’s fun!
