Recover Faster, Volunteer & Snatch

I’ve always had a poor memory. I blamed it on having a stroke as a child, on poor choices as a teenager, on too many glasses of wine as an adult. So in June I started taking EHT, or Mind Enhancement Formula. Within a month, I noticed that my recall was stronger, I was sharper even when fatigued, and I could recover faster from tough workouts. I’m always skeptical of these kinds of things, so I just kept watching myself. At the same time, my workouts were getting harder and harder as I prepared for the marathon paddling race in HI. As an aging athlete, the hard workouts take their toll, but with the EHT my recovery was better than usual, and that also caught me by surprise. I have since doubled my EHT consumption, and I’ll report soon on those results. In the meantime, I invite you to try it out and see if it makes a difference for you. As the Bullet Proof guy says, we are hacking our way to great health and vitality. EHT is making a difference for me, and if you don’t like it they return your money to you!

Femme Royale Volunteers Needed!

Friday 6-7:30 PM

We need help moving equipment and setting up parking and athlete village across the street.

Saturday 7-8:30AM

We need two people specifically to direct traffic the morning of the event. If you are already signed up as a volunteer then we will contact you to give you the outline of duties and schedule. As of now it looks like judges and volunteers should be on site by 8AM, and the event will complete by 3PM.
