Richards Grassfed Beef is a a 70+ year old family business in California providing quality, certified grassfed beef to the Sacramento and greater Bay Area.

As you know, lean sources of protein are critical for high levels of performance. Richard’s has  a number of CrossFit customers that have purchased their 100% naturally raised grassfed beef over the years, and they recently put us on their radar screen.

They sell  animals in whole, half or quarter portions at a flat rate of $6.95 a pound for all cuts. They butcher, package and ship their product to customers local area per their specific requests (often split multiple ways).

-Warm up to 85% of 1 RM, then perform
-8 Sets of 3 Reps – rest 2 min between sets

Deadlift (165/115)
Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

As time allows: Back Extensions on GHD/Supermans – 3 Sets of 10 Reps
