March 27th is the start of our Friends & Family Week. March 27th through April 1st we invite YOU to bring your homies to as many classes as they can fit in.

17.4 Is In The Bag

All of The Open Wods are hard. This one was no different. 17.4 left people in puddles on the floor. The Barbell Club Boys did a great job with the Head to Head on Thursday night post announcement. They both made it into the handstands, and we are proud of their efforts!

Friday Night Lights was a success! It takes a village to pull this off and we are so grateful to Coaches JC and Scott for their extra effort. We are also grateful to all of you who help with judging, all of you who compete, and all who come to support, cheer, pass tissues and in general contribute to the great community we are so lucky to have.
