What Else is "Paleo" and Deadlifts
So many of you have just recently completed your 45-Day Paleo Challenge – CONGRATULATIONS!
So, now that you’ve done it, where to go from here? Well, sticking to the diet is a great start, and the fact that you’re already CrossFitting is another plus, but where else in your life do Paleo elements need to be addressed? This great article from The Lazy Caveman does a great job of discussing “When Paleo Isn’t Enough.” It’s true, diet and exercise are only two parts of the equation. You’ve also got to look at the rest of your lifestyle (work, family, environment, playtime, etc) to ensure that you are balanced in all directions. Enjoy!

Tuesdays’ WOD
- Deadlift – 15 Minutes to Find 1 RM
- Weighted Lunges – 3 Rounds of 20 Alternating Lunges with Plate Overhead
- Rest 30 seconds between each round
- KB WOD (53/35)
- 3 Rounds
- 15 one-armed kb swings, alternating hands each round (2 on weak side, 1 on strong side)
- 10 clean and jerks, 5 each hand.
- 15 “bottoms-up” kettlebell situps (holding Kb overhead upside down)
