What Do You Really Eat?
Do you want to lose weight? Gain weight? Improve your performance and recovery in the gym? It all comes down to food!
But what do you really eat? It’s always entertaining to ask that question, and often the answers are predictable: “I eat really well” or “good healthy food” etc.
Often times what we THINK we eat and what we really eat differ. The best way to figure out what we really eat is to track everything that goes in our mouths.
This serves us in multiple ways. First, at the end of the process you (and your nutrition coach) get to see exactly what you ate for the given period of time. Second, you get to see the breakdown of macronutrients, meaning the carbs, fats and proteins, in your diet. (Hidden in this information are the keys to your future success) Third, the process of paying attention and logging is always revealing for us humans who might have a tendency to check out mentally while we shovel food in our mouths!
On October 18 at 6.30PM we will host a What Do You Really Eat Seminar. In this 45 minute seminar we will demystify what macronutrients are, and teach you the step by step method to starting a reliable food log.
