What About Vitamin K!?
We hear a LOT about all the vitamins we are supposed to take. We need the C to keep our immunity up. We need the D to keep our bones strong. We need the B for something or other. We need the multi. We need the Omega 3’s, and not too many Omega 6’s, etc.
But what about vitamin K? We rarely hear about that one. Well it turns out that it’s an important helper to all the other vitamins, and it behaves like a critical catalyst.
On close inspection of the tiny print on the back of my vitamin D bottle I found there was vitamin K. After reading through the Nifty Benefits Guide I learned that it’s very important to my health and well-being in many ways. I only wish I had learned about it when I was younger!
