We are now in the midst of Tricky Eating Season. That’s right. The holidays are tricky!
We go right from Thanksgiving to Christmas parties and festive occasions. Christmas cookies and candy are EVERYWHERE. Sweets and treats abound as there is always something to celebrate.
It’s no fun to say NO to everything, so how do we get through the season without extra weight around the middle?
Be judicious. Be a dessert snob. Keep the sweets out of sight.
