Welcome Coach Katelyn & Kettlebells
We are delighted to welcome Katelyn Estudillo to our coaching staff. She has been working out with us for nine months, and her first classes as “coach” will be Wednesday at 5.30 and 6.30PM. We know you will enjoy her bubbly personality!
Katelyn ventured into the fitness world ten years ago as an ACE certified personal trainer. After falling in love with the energy and camaraderie of group exercise she also began to teach a variety of aerobics and group fitness classes. Katelyn’s main job is as a Physical Education and Health teacher in Benicia, CA. She is passionate about starting the lifestyle changes early with work at the high school level. CrossFit fell under her radar over a year ago, thanks to her CrossFitting boyfriend (Sean). “It celebrated strength as opposed to skinny!” The crazy assortment of movements and killer workouts lit her world on fire!! Now as a CrossFit coach she can’t wait to motivate and encourage her fellow Crossfitters to new heights!!!
