Summer CrossFit Kids Starts Next Week
We have lots of CrossFit classes to keep your kids fit and moving while school is out. Our five week summer session runs from June 17 through July 18, 2019 Please take note of the following:
Teen Weightlifting
Mondays & Wednesdays at 10.30-11.15AM
Ages 13-16
CrossFit Teens
Mondays & Wednesdays at 11.10-11.50AM
Ages 12-16
Teen Weightlifting and CrossFit Teens are designed for young athletes to start with the Weightlifting and segue directly into the CrossFit class. The overlap is intentional
CrossFit Kids
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10.30-11.15AM
Ages 7-11
CrossFit Kids and Teen classes are intended to be fun, engaging and keep kids moving. They are great as a supplemental strengthening activity for kids that play a sport. They are also ideal as a stand-alone strength and conditioning class for kids of all ages.
Sign your kids up for our summer session through Napa Parks & Rec, or use your existing Class Cards. See you next week!
