Squats, Sprints & Yoga
CrossFitters, I have good and bad news. The good news is that we are trying out a new yoga class on Fridays at 4.30 for the next three weeks. It will start THIS Friday, September 21st. If it is a hit we will keep it going. If you like the idea of yoga to loosen up those tight hips and shoulders from being such a hardcore CrossFitter, then show the love and show up at 4.30 on Fridays. Best of all, attendance at this class is included in your monthly membership! The class will be taught be Jasper Trout, and his bio and class style will appear later this week on the blog.
Bad news is that we don’t currently have sufficient attendance in the noon hour class so we are giving it a miss for the time being. It will return upon demand.
