Rock Climbing Outing, Tough Mudder Team and Snatch Work
Social Gathering Opportunity – Rock Climbing Outing
Angela Black is trying to get a group together who may be interested in an outdoor, guide-led rock climbing expedition offered through Rockzilla. It’s $110 per person, and if there are 5+ people signed-up from WCCF, it can then be our own private group. The expedition would need to be scheduled for a non-rainy day and would last about 6 hours. I’ll put a sign-up sheet on the Social Club Board and Angela will get back to those of you who are interested!

Tuesday’s Workout
Snatch Work –
Beginner – Hang Power Snatch from Position 1- work skill at light-medium weight
Intermediate – Hang Power Snatch from Position 2 – work up to 3 reps at medium weight, perform 5 sets of 3
Advanced – Hang Power Snatch and Snatch Balance – Find 1 RM
WOD – 15 min AMRAP
Run 400 m
10 Slam Balls (50/25)
10 Toes-to-Bar
10 Clapping Push-ups (sub hand-release)
OPTIONAL Cash Out –
Wall Balls – select a weight at which you can perform consecutive reps for up to 6 minutes, goal is to achieve 150 unbroken. If you fail, rest 1 min and try one more time.
