Remember when playing on the rings was really fun? Ring work can be challenging but it really does tap into your inner child.  Be patient with yourself, ring work requires stability and control that takes a lot of practice but once you tap into it your ability to do these gymnastic movements on the rings there will be no stopping your potential when using a barbell and other fixed apparatus.

Tuesday’s WOD

 

Ring Work – Coaches’ Choice (inversions, ring hand-stands, front levers/tucks, back levers/tucks, skin-the-cat, iron cross, muscle-up)

WOD – 15 minute EMOM
On the EVEN Minute – 30 seconds ME Unbroken Kipping Pull-ups
On the ODD Minute – 20 Double Unders + 5 Box Jumps (24/20)

Cash Out: ME Weighted Push Ups x 3
