Rain & Strength Training
Jackson St has some drainage issues, and Thursday morning they were particularly vibrant…. The rain has continued, but the drainage has mysteriously improved. Should it become ankle deep again to reach the stairs you SHOULD STILL COME TO CROSSFIT, and consider coming around the back. You can enter on Iroquois St around the back of the warehouse complex. We will keep the back door open for you!
FYI as a kayaker I used to LIVE for conditions like this. On Thursday I drove around between training sessions and looked at swollen creeks and thought about how good it is to be alive!

Work to 80% of 1RM Clean & Jerk for 1×1 Then 2×3 drop sets. Both drop sets #25 less.
Deadlift
Work to 90% of 1RM Deadlift. Then 1 drop set AMRAP at 30-35# less.

10 Cleans
Scale this to a weight that you can NOT drop between Cleans and Thrusters. Go FAST and FURIOUS for 6 min.
