Programming During the Open

As most of you know, this week begins the 2013 CrossFit Games Open.  This is an exciting time and great chance to benchmark yourself against the best CrossFit athletes in the world.  As Beth posted on Thursday, we will be completing the Open WODs in classes on Fridays.  During this time, we will take a break from our Benchmark Mondays.  Please bear with me through the programming for the next six weeks, I am in the dark about what the Open WODs are just like you, so it is quite possible that we will have some “interesting” programming that doesn’t exactly flow as well as normal.  I’ll be doing my best to avoid this and make sure that you are ready to attack the Open WODs and make your best possible score.

 

Please note that we will hold two extra classes on Fridays, at 10AM and at 6.30PM, for Open participants. Get psyched and sign up NOW!

 

All of that being said, I am excited to see what Headquarters has in store for all of us, and to see some great scores posted by all of you.  Go get it!
