Presidents' Day WOD!
Happy Presidents’ Day Everyone!
Today on President’s Day we are going to commemorate all of our Commanders-in-Chief – past and present – by doing one of the hardest Hero WODs in the CrossFit Community – “Murph.” Deceptive in it’s simplicity, this WOD will be sure to keep you busy for awhile!
Come in at 9 am and join your fellow WCCFers in their misery!

“Murph”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
45 minute time cap (optional, you can finish if you want!)
