Wednesday’s WOD
High Bar Back Squat – Find 1 RM* (see 9/25 for previous back squat 1 RM, or 12/18 for front squat 1 RM)
*Be sure to have a spotter for your 1 RM attempts
Shoulder Press – Find 1 RM (see 12/18)
Back Extensions – 3 sets of 10-20 reps
OPTIONAL Cash-out – 3 Sets of Maximum Reps of Strict Pull-ups – rest 2 minutes between each set
NOTE: If using a band, choose a size with which you can AT LEAST get 5 and AT MOST get 10-11 reps for the first set – your consecutive sets SHOULD be lower in number if you truly did your maximum effort.
