Mark your calendars and sign up HERE! September 21st we will host a 2.5 hour Olympic Lifting seminar. This seminar is led by John and Jeff from CTS Training Systems. They are the nice folks who have been using our space for their bootcamps early morning and late evenings while their building is being repaired. Don’t be fooled by those bootcamp movements however, as these boy are bad#*%s! Oly lifters! Dedicate 2 and a half hours to your Oly lifts and they will get better. You will be more confident going into The Open, and your skills will be more solid and consistent. Sign up HERE.

Monday’s WOD

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squats
To be completed as Rx the WOD must be completed top to bottom. All Pull Ups before push ups etc.
Please be super cognizant of your limits. An average time for the Angie workout is 23:00-26:00.
Fastest elite times are 06:11 (male) 08:58 (female). These high repetition and high volume workouts are to be respected. If at any time you feel overwhelmed and/or you start to get to a failure point on the movement, take a break and give yourself a chance to recover. Each of you is responsible for knowing your limits and deciding if, when and how modifying the workout is necessary. While we all wish you the best in finishing this workout, in the end, everyone wants you to be able to come back to the gym the next day (or following).
