Ninja Gabe, 3 Position Clean

Gabe was riding his bike to coach the 8AM class this morning when he was hit by an old lady driving a car. It was a hit and run. He flew off the bike, rolled out of it, and took off running to chase her down. Some kids on the side of the road saw him and stood in the road to help stop the old lady. She refused to give him her license and insurance info, so he called the cops. The cops then reported to him that it wasn’t technically a hit and run since she didn’t drive home. Huh? He says his wife jinxed him by giving him a helmet to wear last night. But CrossFit and a lifetime of martial arts turned him into the Ninja we see today! We are GLAD you are OK Gabe!
